Mr. Xian is the Chief Designer of Tenon smart products and was recognized as one of the Top Ten Economic Figures of Guangdong Province in 2009. As the leader of China's first industrial design innovation industry group, Mr. Xian has provided industrial design innovation services to nearly 300 renowned domestic and international companies, including TCL, Haier, and Changhong.

He has served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianhe District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Guangzhou and Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangdong Industrial Design Association. He is actively involved in public welfare work.
